ANNA FERRER
Anna Ferrer was born in Girona (Catalonia, Spain) and comes from a well-seen musical family in the fifth generation. After her music studies in Girona and Barcelona, she continued studying with E. Ferrer, R. Bravo, E. Fisher, P. Badura-Skoda and T. Moura Castro.
She has concertised in the most important music festivals as soloist with international acclaimed orchestras such as the Chamber Orchestra Bucharest, Chamber Orchestra Antonio Vivaldi, Symphony Orchestra Rubinstein, Orquesta Camerata Mediterranea, Chamber Orchestra Moscow, Orquesta Sinfonica de Torun, etc.
At the same time, she is also chamber music partner from Igor Frolov, Claudi Arimany, Maxence Larrieu, Francois-Michel Rignol, Eugen Mantu. M Dolors Aldea, and has concertised in recent years mainly in Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland and Italy. She has made various radio and television appearances with TV3, TV2, Canal Sur, TDC, TV Galicia and the Historical Phonothek from Catalunya. She is jury member for international piano competitions in Madrid and contributes exceptional work as piano teacher on the Conservatory Issac Albeniz and at well-known international master class courses.
